You can submit entries under any of the following categories:
1. 📍 My Madhya Pradesh, My Perspective
An open-ended theme that invites your personal take on the state — interpret it freely.
2. 🤝 Frames of Coexistence
Showcase harmony — between nature & city, old & new, chaos & calm — and how they coexist within MP.
3. 👁️🗨️ Local Lens
Shoot something that screams “this is Madhya Pradesh” to you — be it food, culture, people, or places.
4. 🖼️ Stories in Stills
A single frame that tells a complete story — powerful, emotional, or narrative-driven.
5. 🪞 Open Theme
Not bound by themes? Submit a photo that shows your pure photographic voice, unrestricted.

📜 Rules & Regulations
✅ Eligibility & Authenticity
- All entries must be original work clicked by the participant
- Photos must be taken in or after July 2025
- Only basic editing allowed (color, crop, exposure). No manipulations or composites
- Submission of RAW files is mandatory with final JPEG image
- EXIF data must be intact for verification
📂 Submission Format
- Post your photo on your own Instagram account and keep your account public.
- Tag : @bhopalcreatorssummit (Instagram handle) in your post.
- Share the link of that photo entry post in submission form.
- Max 3 entries per participant across any category.
- Each entry must be submitted with a separate entry fee and seperate order id.
- Rename files before uploading : Category_YourName.jpg .
- Submit RAW file through Upload Google drive section given in form.
- No watermarks, logos, or text allowed on images.
- Enter Valid Order number on each entry. Mismatched or wrong ticket number entries will be disqualified directly.
⚖️ Other Guidelines
- Any plagiarism or use of AI-generated imagery will lead to disqualification.
- The jury’s decision will be final and binding.
- Brand sponsors for Bhopal creators summit can use the submitted content for promotional activity with credits.
- Organizers reserve the right to feature selected entries (with credit) on social and print platforms.
