These terms apply to all users of the Bhopal Creators Summit website and attendees of the summit. By accessing the site or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Ticketing

• Tickets must be purchased through official channels only.
• One ticket admits one person unless specified otherwise.
• Each ticket includes access to one competition, entry to the event, and one workshop. Any additional workshops, competitions, or activities will be chargeable separately.
• Refund Policy – Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including event rescheduling or lineup changes.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• The person buying the ticket must be the attendee.
• Government ID will be verified at entry.

Event Access

• Entry is only allowed with a valid ticket.
• The event lineup, speakers, and schedule are subject to change.

Media & Content

By attending, you agree to be photographed or recorded. We may use this content in future promotions, online or offline.

Conduct

All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Harassment or disruptive actions can lead to removal from the venue without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All event-related branding, materials, and digital content are owned by Bhopal Creators Summit and cannot be reused without permission.

Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event. Attendance is at your own risk.

Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the site or event participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
